Over the last three years, I’ve been lucky enough to help dozens of people get their businesses started and live their dreams. It got me thinking – how many other dedicated dreamers are out there, just waiting to start? What’s stopping them from taking the plunge?

When I came up with the idea for PCVA, I was working full-time and responsible for managing 4 busy restaurants. I knew I had a solid idea, but I had negative time to do research on how to start a business the right way, and less time to actually get it all done. All the research I was doing had me crippled in fear. What if I failed? What if I was doing it wrong? It seemed like there were a million ways to do it wrong or set yourself up for a lawsuit.

It took me almost five years to get everything 100% ready for me to go full-time with Prism Consulting.
